Chongqing Audiovisual and Digital Publishing Association Came to TUP for Research

On May 24, ZHANG Yu, Deputy Chief of the Publishing Division of the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department, led a team to visit TUP for research, along with LIU Maolin, President of the Chongqing Audiovisual and Digital Publishing Association, WU Jiangwen, Secretary-General of the Chongqing Audiovisual and Digital Publishing Association, and leaders of key digital publishers in Chongqing. ZHUANG Hongquan, vice president of TUP, ZHANG Li, deputy director of the journal publishing center, and CAO Jiefeng, director of the integrated publishing center of the audiovisual and digital publishing branch, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, ZHUANG extended a warm welcome to the delegation of Chongqing Audiovisual and Digital Publishing Association, and introduced in detail the history, strategic planning, organizational structure, and innovative initiatives of TUP in the field of integrated publishing. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on digital publishing, digital teaching materials, and the journal platform--SciOpen.

Before the meeting, ZHANG Yu and her party visited the TUP History Museum.

This research trip deepened the communication and understanding between TUP and Chongqing Audiovisual and Digital Publishing Association, and consolidated the foundation for ongoing cooperation between the two sides.
